b. 1971, Casey Chen, an multidisciplinary artist who breathes, lives and eats all things aesthetic. He creates happy pieces with a story to tell, betting on novelty and fresh ideas. Having graduated from RMIT with a Bachelor of Design, Casey has been in the design and art field for over two decades. He is experienced and versatile with various aspects of design. He is actively involved in the Singapore and international art and design scenes in a number of different areas - brand, furniture, jewelry, product design, sculpture and authorship of two books. His commissioned National sculpture for “Total Defence Day-2010” is now a permanent collections with the SOTA (School of the ARTS, Singapore). In June 2017, he was invited as a Key Speaker to speak at SPARK - an annual International Design Conference with Bangkok University.
